Returns/Exchanges
**Please note, Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear / Blum's Buffalo is no longer associated with shopblums.com or Blum's Swimwear & Intimate Apparel of Patchogue, NY. Therefore no exchanges or refunds will be given or accepted.
ORDERING
Ordering is easy. Simply visit WWW.SHOPASHLEYS.COM at your convenience. Choose from an extensive collection of the latest fashions in swimwear, lingerie, resort-wear and lounge.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear, Inc. accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Lightspeed.
Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear, Inc. will seek an approval authorization from your credit card issuer at time of order placement. Your account will then be charged once the order is processed. This may happen immediately or delayed for 1-3 business days.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order on the website, you will receive an initial confirmation of that order. Should you note a discrepancy in the order please contact us immediately at hello@shopashleys.com
A separate confirmation will be sent when your order is actually shipped and will include a tracking number.
ASHLEY'S LINGERIE & SWIMWEAR, INC. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear gift certificates are available for purchase in any denomination via online or in-store and can be used seamlessly in both outlets.
Blum's Lingerie & Swimwear of WNY Gift Cards purchased November 10, 2021 through January 30, 2023 will be accepted at Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear and have no expiration date. Gift Cards purchased before November 9, 2021 will not be accepted at Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear, Inc. after August 30,2023.
SALE TAX
For all orders placed, Tax is automatically configured based on the customers location. Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear, Inc. and former Blum's Lingerie & Swimwear of WNY, Inc. has no control over tax charges and cannot eliminate tax unless a customer can provide Tax Exempt information.
If you are TAX EXEMPT please contact us 716-633-8999 and we will configure your sale over the phone.
BACKORDERS
Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear, Inc. and former Blum's Lingerie & Swimwear of WNY, Inc. maintains a large inventory of merchandise. However, due to product demand, an item you selected may be placed on back order. We will notify you of any back order and will provide an estimated time frame when the item will be available.
We will charge your account for back ordered items. Once they arrive, they will be shipped out to you as soon as possible. If part of your order is ready to ship, we will send you that portion immediately. The regular shipping charge will be applied on the initial shipment. There will be no additional shipping charge on any back ordered items.
SHIPPING
Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear, Inc. and former Blum's Lingerie & Swimwear of WNY, Inc. will process your purchase request promptly and most orders received during normal business days are shipped within 48 hours of placement. A confirmation will be sent to you when your order is shipped. The confirmation will include detailed information on the items shipped, any items placed on back order, the shipping carrier and the assigned tracking number.
We ship most orders via USPS mail. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total purchase order amount before adding sales tax (if applicable.) A tracking number is assigned on all domestic packages to help ensure proper delivery.
- Domestic shipping includes the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. However, Priority Plus shipping is NOT available to destinations outside the continental United States. APO and AFO are eligible for domestic delivery only.
- Business Hours are Monday through Friday, 10AM-5PM, excluding holidays.
- We will send you an e-mail confirmation and tracking number when your order is shipped.
- Merchandise you return will be credited or refunded in accordance with our return policy (see return policy) excluding shipping and handling charges or return postage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In addition to the domestic shipping locations indicated above, we also ship to Canada. There is a flat rate fee of $26 shipping charge for Canadian orders.
Packages will be sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL whichever provides the most efficient time arrival and tracking. Due to changing rates and time frames we are unable to tell you which carrier we will select before packaging your order. International Orders are subject to individual customs procedures, and duty/tax. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Customs procedures vary - clearing customs can add to expected delivery times. Tracking is provided via the US Postal Service and UPS for Canadian orders. Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear is not responsible for packages lost in transit to Non-domestic destinations. Please order at your own risk and dependency on the US Postal Service and your local carriers.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
- Merchandise other than "Sale" or "Clearance" items returned to Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear within 30 days of your delivery date will be valid for exchange or store credit ONLY, no monetary refunds. Credits are generally issued within 14 days of the return of merchandise. No exceptions.
- All "Sale" and "Clearance" items purchased online are final sales and non-refundable. This includes merchandise found in the "Sale" Section of the site, or products purchased at a discounted price.
- Certain online purchase conditions apply: Returned merchandise must be in "new" condition, unworn, unsoiled with all tags and protective shields in place.
Merchandise which has been worn, soiled, mishandled, abused and missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged a $15 shipping and handling fee for the return shipment. The purchaser will forfeit any and all claims.
Exchange Policy:
- Merchandise received for exchange must be in "new" condition (see all conditions outlined above).
- It must be returned with 14 days of the delivery date by mail or in-store to be given full credit toward the exchange purchase.
- Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges to return any merchandise whether it be for credit or exchange to us. Please ship your package prepaid. We will not accept COD shipments. Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear, Inc. and former Blum's Lingerie & Swimwear of WNY, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For your safety, we recommend you insure your return package.
- Any merchandise returned after 14 days from the delivery date is non-refundable. Merchandise will be returned to the purchaser. A $15 shipping and handling fee will be charged to the purchaser account.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the credit will be issued "On Account" via our POS system, or credit will be loaded onto an Ashley's Lingerie & Swimwear Gift Card and sent to the applicable party.
