As a local business, we ship directly from in-house and utilize the United States Postal Service to conduct all online orders. Once an order is placed, processing times average 24-48 hours. You will receive email confirmation that your order has been received. Once shipped from our store, shipping time averages 3-5 business days.
If for some reason the item you order is found to be out of stock from our in-store inventory, we will make you aware via email. We will then place an order for the item directly through the applicable brand/company to order your replacement product. This usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive to our store for us to then ship out to you. This entire process will be outlined via email as it occurs.
